Amol Pawar, a visually impaired student with unwavering determination, joined our NGO in 2017 with dreams of building a stable career. Over the course of five years, Amol’s journey was one of hard work, perseverance, and remarkable growth. During his stay, the organization provided him with not just food and shelter, but an educational environment that fostered focus and ambition.
Amol set his sights on the Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) Group D Examination, a competitive challenge that demands both knowledge and grit. With access to resources, peer support, and a nurturing atmosphere at the NGO, he dedicated himself to his studies. His perseverance paid off in 2022 when he successfully cleared the exam, a monumental milestone in his life.
Today, Amol serves as a Clerk with Central Railways, Pune Division, fulfilling a role that reflects his dedication and capability. His success is not just a personal victory but a beacon of hope for other visually impaired students striving to overcome challenges and achieve their dreams.

Nitin Galande
A Vision of Success
Nitin Galande, a visually impaired student with unwavering ambition, joined our organization in 2018 with a dream of building a meaningful career. For six years, Nitin dedicated himself to preparing for the highly competitive Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) examination.
During his time with us, the NGO provided more than just food and shelter, it created an environment where Nitin could focus entirely on his studies. With personalized support, peer motivation, and guidance tailored to his needs, Nitin found the confidence to tackle the challenges ahead.
In 2023, all his hard work paid off when he cleared the IBPS examination, securing a position as a Junior Clerk at the District Animal Husbandry Office, Jalgaon. This remarkable achievement stands as a testament to Nitin’s determination and the support of an organization committed to nurturing potential.
Nitin’s journey reflects the transformative power of opportunity and belief. From dreaming big to making it happen, he now inspires countless other visually impaired students to aim high and achieve their goals. At our organization, we could not be prouder to have been a part of his incredible journey toward success.




Chetan Shirsat
A Journey of Perseverance and Triumph
Chetan Shirsat, a visually impaired student, joined our organization in 2014 with aspirations that knew no bounds. Over the years, Chetan pursued his graduation and master’s degree while staying at the NGO, balancing his academics with a part-time job at MAHLE Engineering Services India Private Limited, Pune, Maharashtra. Despite his packed schedule, he remained focused on his ultimate goal: clearing the National Insurance Company Limited (NICL) examination.
During his decade-long stay, the organization provided Chetan with unwavering support, ensuring he had food, shelter, and an environment conducive to learning. Beyond his academic pursuits, Chetan also contributed to the organization by assisting our founder with administrative responsibilities, showcasing his dedication and sense of responsibility.
In 2024, Chetan’s determination and hard work bore fruit when he successfully cleared the NICL examination. Today, he serves as a Junior Clerk with National Insurance Company Limited, a position that reflects his resilience and commitment.
Chetan’s story is one of grit, growth, and gratitude, a shining example of how determination, paired with the right support, can overcome any obstacle. His journey inspires countless others to believe in themselves and work tirelessly toward their dreams. At our organization, we are immensely proud to have been a part of Chetan’s path to success.
Deepak Lungare
From Learner to Leader
In 2021, Deepak Lungare, a visually impaired student, joined our organization with a burning desire to learn and grow. Struggling with basic computer skills at first, he immersed himself in our organization’s e-learning and tech training programs. His dedication paid off as he mastered everything from word processing to spreadsheets, and his passion for technology flourished.
In 2023, our organization launched Tanya Computer Center, a tech training hub for visually impaired individuals, sponsored by Madison World under their CSR initiative. Deepak’s growth didn’t go unnoticed, and he was appointed as a teacher at the center.
Now, Deepak empowers 15 visually impaired students through hands-on training, leading multiple sessions daily. He shares not only technical skills but also mentors his students, guiding them through the unique challenges of tech in the visually impaired community.
Deepak’s journey from student to teacher is a testament to the power of education and self-belief. He is not just teaching computers, he is shaping futures and inspiring a new generation of visually impaired tech enthusiasts.


A Team that Redefined Possibilities
Meet Gitesh Chaudhari, Vishal Kende, Sameer Shaikh, and Kiran Nargunde, four visually impaired students whose journey has become a testament to the power of determination, teamwork, and opportunity. United by their aspirations and guided by unwavering support from Mamata Andha-Anath Kalyan Kendra, they embarked on a life-changing 3-month intensive training program with Recruvate HR Solutions.
Training for Excellence
Under the expert mentorship of the Recruvate team, Gitesh, Vishal, Sameer, and Kiran immersed themselves in the nuances of HR recruitment. The rigorous training covered critical skills such as resume pre-screening, effective candidate communication, and managing the first stages of the recruitment process. Their dedication and adaptability shone through, as they mastered tools and techniques tailored for visually impaired professionals.
A Milestone Achievement
Their hard work paid off when all four were offered positions as HR Recruiters with Recruvate HR Solutions itself, a proud moment for the students and the organization. In their new roles, they will pre-screen resumes, engage with interested candidates, and schedule their first-round interviews with respective companies.

Pawan Nagre’s Journey to Employment
On Job Training – Sales and Customer Service (In association with Kalamkar TVS Showroom, Pune, MH)
Pawan Nagre, a determined visually impaired student, joined our organization in 2020, seeking not only shelter but a way to shape his future. Through our organization’s e-learning programs, Pawan gained access to accessible education that helped him build a strong academic foundation. He then participated in the organization’s corporate training, where he developed key customer service skills, and joined soft skills workshops that taught him communication, confidence, and emotional intelligence.
By 2024, Pawan was ready for the workforce. With the support of our organization’s corporate partnerships, he was placed as a Customer Support Executive at a TVS Showroom in Pune, Maharashtra. Pawan quickly excelled in his role, using his training to effectively assist customers and handle their inquiries. His success story is a testament to the transformative power of education, skills development, and the right support, showing how a visually impaired student can thrive in the professional world.
